i just had the brilliant thought that since willoughby
spit may wash back out to the ocean, raising the
remaining property's vaules three-fold, i shall
temporarily pull the OV and CONSTANT TREES and
NOTRHSIDE PARK letterboxes. shall try to get out in
the next day or so and replace them as soon as the
flooding is over and vepco gets my fridge turned back
on early next week.
mother nature cant have 'em.
